These uniquely decorated Nite-Lites have lots of personality. They are trimmed with kooky colored long fringe for the hair. The eyes and lips are drawn on with special marking pens. On top of her head she wears a Beret. If you can draw a straight line, you can assemble this product. The only tools required are sharp scissors and glue gun.
