Why I didn’t receive my order?
A:
Our registration message might got blocked by your email
service provider. Our system automatically sends an
email with all the details to get started as soon as
your order is processed. So please check "SPAM,
JUNK or BULK" folder of your email
account before contacting us.
If
you've selected CD-Rom delivery option, please allow
us up to 3 weeks for delivery. Do let us know if you
don't receive your copy. |
